Does it cost anything?
No.
Do I need an account?
No. Email is only needed for alerts.
What happens to my file?
It's read and not stored. We keep only what the comparison needs: periods and kilowatt-hours, not names, addresses or supply numbers.
Do I need a smart meter?
Only for dynamic (orange) tariffs.
Why don't I see “you'd save €X”?
Because we don't know your current plan for sure, or its price isn't verified. We then show only which plans cost less.
How often do prices change?
Variable tariffs are announced at the start of each month. Fixed ones change when the supplier publishes a new price list.
Is there a switching cost?
Switching is free and supply isn't interrupted, unless your contract has an early-exit fee.
Are you paid by suppliers?
If we partner with a supplier, we say so next to the plan. The ranking is never affected.
